What data we process and why

• Orders — name, e-mail, phone, where applicable company and address, order contents: to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to comply with legal obligations, e.g. accounting (point (c)).
• Contact form — name, e-mail and message: to handle your enquiry (legitimate interest, point (f)).
• Customer photos — to create and deliver the work; publication in the portfolio only with consent (point (a)).
• Cookies and analytics — only with consent; details on the Cookies page.

How long we keep data

• orders and accounting documents for 10 years under the Accounting Act,
• contact form enquiries for 1 year after they are handled,
• customer photos for 2 years after delivery, unless we agree otherwise,
• data processed on the basis of consent until consent is withdrawn.

Who processes data on our behalf

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting,
• Resend — sending order e-mails,
• Google (Maps, YouTube, Analytics) and Meta (Facebook pixel) — only if you consent to this in the cookie settings.

Some providers are based in the USA; transfers take place on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
