Withdrawal from the Contract

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days. For services, the period runs from the day the contract is concluded; for goods (e.g. printed photos), from the day you receive them.

Please notify us of your withdrawal by a clear statement sent by e-mail to info@jamisphoto.eu, by post to our registered office or in person at the studio. You may use the form below, but it is not mandatory.

Exceptions

• If you expressly requested that the photo shoot start before the withdrawal period expired and the service has been fully provided, you can no longer withdraw from the contract.
• If you withdraw after the provision of the service has begun, you will pay the price for the performance actually provided up to the day of withdrawal.
• Edited photos made to your specifications and delivered electronically (digital content) — once their delivery has begun with your express consent, the right of withdrawal lapses.
• An unused gift voucher may be returned within 14 days of its purchase.

Refunds

We will refund your payment without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, using the same method you paid with, unless we agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
