Complaints Policy

1. Scope

This Complaints Policy governs the exercise of rights arising from liability for defects in services and goods purchased at www.jamisphoto.eu.

2. Time limits

• Services (photo shoots, photo editing): a defect must be reported without undue delay after it is discovered, and no later than 6 months after the service was provided.
• Goods (printed photos, vouchers): the warranty period is 24 months from receipt.

3. How to make a complaint

Submit your complaint by e-mail to info@jamisphoto.eu or in person at the studio. Please state your name, the order number, a description of the defect and how you would like the complaint to be resolved. We will confirm receipt of your complaint by e-mail.

4. Handling

We will handle your complaint without undue delay, and no later than 30 days after it was submitted — by repair (e.g. re-editing the photo), replacement, an appropriate discount or a refund. We will inform you of the outcome by e-mail and issue a document confirming how the complaint was handled.

Complaints do not cover a subjective impression of a photo where the editing corresponds to the agreed brief, nor defects caused by unsuitable printing or editing of the photos by a third party.

5. Dispute resolution

If you are not satisfied with how your complaint was handled, you may contact an alternative dispute resolution body or the supervisory authority: Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia (Slovak Trade Inspection), Inšpektorát SOI pre Bratislavský kraj (SOI Inspectorate for the Bratislava Region), Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava, www.soi.sk.
